Dr. Tan Tee Khoon brings over 30 years of experience in Singapore’s real estate industry, having led at major public and private institutions. His past roles include Executive Director at Knight Frank Singapore and CEO of the Singapore Accredited Estate Agencies (SAEA Ltd). When he was Country Manager of PropertyGuru Singapore, he championed innovative solutions and strategic insights to support property seekers and professionals alike.
Dr. Lee Nai Jia, a PhD graduate from MIT in Urban and Regional Planning, has an extensive background in real estate research and urban development. He previously served as Deputy Director at the Institute of Real Estate and Urban Studies (IREUS) and headed research teams at Knight Frank and Edmund Tie & Company. His work bridges academic depth with practical industry knowledge, using data science to decode complex market dynamics and guide informed decision-making.
Together, Dr. Tan and Dr. Lee combine strategic market understanding, leadership, and analytical depth—helping individuals and businesses make smarter, more confident property decisions every step of the way.
